About MeI was born in New York, but grew up in London. As a child, I was influenced by the work of my grandfather, the American artist and photographer, Curtis Moffat – see more about Curtis Moffat's work at the V&A's Photography Collection.
Whilst still at school I started attending classes at the Byham Shaw School of Art in London, followed by a course at the Academie de Porte Royale in Paris, before going up to Cambridge University to read Art History. As a mature student I returned to my art studies by doing an art foundation at Central St Martins (London University of the Arts), where I continued studying until 2004, graduating with a BA in Fine Art. I am currently a member of the EFO group of artists who exhibit regularly in London. |
